Britney Spears bested her pop princess predecessor Madonna to round out the top five.

Jennifer Aniston might not have Angelina Jolie’s lips or Marilyn Monroe’s curves, but guys just seem to keep falling in love with the gorgeous girl next door’s sense of humor and down-to-earth personality over and over again. Maybe she makes them feel kind of like they could be her knight in shining armor after what she went through with Brad Pitt, or maybe her topping icons like Marilyn Monroe and Raquel Welch has something to do with her being a big star in the Internet age—guys can get more of a grasp on what Jen is like in real life by reading her interviews and seeing what she’s been up to. And she often comes off as being very approachable.

But of course she doesn’t need a knight right now; she’s got a new prince charming in Justin Theroux. According to Us Weekly, here’s what Jennifer Aniston said about what she likes in a man: “Sexiest thing about a man—other than abs—is if he can make me laugh, has compassion, kindness, and an accurately sized ego.” Hopefully Justin has all those traits.
